Yesterday, Sophie told me that I should start a blog, and informed me that she would like to read the kinds of things I might post. Thus, I am making this bold venture, and if nobody but Sophie reads this, at least she shall be satisfied.
Also, Sophie is responsible for my delightful web address, "increasingly abnormal". Practically everything I tried was taken, but nobody was brave enough to claim that one, and I am grateful to her for the suggestion.
I haven't the faintest idea how to end this blog post, so I shall end with a quote that has nothing to do with any of this:

You already "foist" your thoughts often enough; at least with a blog, you can edit them first, wot? I am eager to see what comes of this, and I applaud your ending of the post with an unrelated quote. Perhaps you should make that a habit.
